About This Role
Aviation Advisor is seeking a Second in Command (SIC) pilot to operate Citation CJ3, CJ2, and CJ1 aircraft based in the Kenosha/Milwaukee/Chicago area. This business aviation operator conducts Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations with a focus on safety, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery. The SIC role requires a minimum of 1,500 total flight hours with 100 hours of multi-engine time and an ATP or ATP written qualification. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Citation CJ3, CJ2, and CJ1 aircraft on assigned flights
- Support safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations
- Assist with pre-flight preparations and crew briefings
- Comply with FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations
- Uphold highest standards of professionalism and reliability
- Support all facets of flight department operations

Requirements
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours
- 100 hours of multi-engine time
- ATP or ATP Written qualification
- Multi-Engine Land Airline Transport Pilot License
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- Proficiency in radiotelephone communications
- Ability to pass drug tests and TSA background screening
- Valid passport and driver's license
- Reside within two-hour personal commute time from KARR
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to obtain ID badge and ramp driving privileges
