About This Role
Second in Command (SIC) role at Revv Aviation, flying international charter primarily to and from Mexico, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas out of FXE (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The SIC assists the captain in the safe and efficient completion of flights, completes pre-flight and post-flight responsibilities, adheres to the General Operations Manual and SOPs, and participates in the Safety Management System. Full Time, Swing shift. Salary $47,500.00 with a 12-month training contract from completion of initial training.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work the assigned schedule while effectively and safely completing all assigned missions.
- International charter primarily to and from Mexico, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas.
- Assist the captain in the safe and efficient completion of the flight.
- Complete pre-flight and post-flight responsibilities.
- Adherence to General Operations Manual and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Complete any required training.
- Participate in the Safety Management System.
- Serve as an ambassador of Revv by always conducting business in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Requirements
- FAA Pilot License - Commercial, Instrument, Multi-Engine.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Must hold at least a First Class Medical.
- A valid passport is required.
- No aviation accidents or incidents where pilot was deemed responsible.
- Knowledgeable of FAA rules and regulations and aircraft maintenance procedures.
- Must pass FAA drug/alcohol screening, background checks, and random drug tests.
- King Air experience highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a multi-crew environment with good CRM.
- Flight Time Requirements: 750 hours total flight time, 250 hours PIC, 25 hours Multi-Engine, 50 hours night, 35 hours instrument flight time (of which 25 were in an aircraft), and must have flown at least 25 hours in the last 6 months.
