About This Role
Alliance Aviation Group is seeking an experienced Second in Command (First Officer) for their Global Express fleet under their Part 135 charter operation, Wing Aviation Group. The company specializes in private jet charter, aircraft sales, management, and maintenance services. Candidates must have current FAA minimum flight hours requirements and Part 135 charter experience is preferred. This home-based position offers a 17/13 on/off schedule and allows pilots to maintain flexibility while operating premium business jets for high-quality charter customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete flight planning utilizing weather information and FAA regulations
- Conduct preflight inspections and verify aircraft airworthiness
- Ensure proper flight planning and fueling for safe operations
- Safely operate Global Express aircraft under Captain's instruction
- Maintain thorough knowledge of aircraft equipment, FARs, and company procedures
- Notify crew and passengers of weather conditions and operational factors
- Complete load manifest for each flight
- Contribute to on-time operations by meeting report and departure times
- Assist with proper handling of aircraft, passengers, baggage, and cargo at terminal
- Maintain professional conduct and adherence to company policies and Rules of Conduct

Requirements
- Valid FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) license
- Meet current FAA interview and hiring minimum age and flight hours requirements
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Medical Certificate
- Part 135 Charter Operator experience preferred
- Global Express type rating or willingness to obtain
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance and adherence to company uniform dress code
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Clean criminal record and background check clearance
- Ability to multi-task and provide timely reporting
