About This Role
Siam Seaplane is seeking a full-time Seaplane Pilot in Command to conduct premium flight services on the C208EX amphibian in accordance with company safety policies. The posting lists two short-term PIC opportunities, allows seasonal arrangements to be discussed, and gives the selection period as September through the end of 2026. Assignments may be based in Bangkok and the Phuket/Krabi area in Thailand for Siam Seaplane, or in Bali, Indonesia for Santai Seaplane.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The pilot will conduct premium flight services in full safety and in alignment with company policies, act as PIC of the C208EX amphibian, and perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the COO.

Requirements
- For the PIC opening, applicants must hold a valid Cessna SET C208 Sea rating and must have completed their last flight on the type within the previous 12 months.
- The required flight-time profile is more than 2,000 flight hours total time, including at least 500 hours on the C208 or an equivalent single-engine turbine aircraft and 1,000 hours of water experience, including time on 208 amphibians.
- Applicants must also hold a valid ATPL, CPL or equivalent, a Class 1 medical, a valid instrument rating, and ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5.
- Additional qualifications listed as a plus include FI, FE, CRI or CRE credentials, an FAA or EASA licence, other SET ratings, and experience on various amphibious seaplanes.
