About This Role
Saudia is recruiting Saudi-national commercial-license holders for a cadet pathway under which successful candidates will be trained to the highest standards and fly one of the carrier's most modern fleets. The programme targets motivated, well-learned and technically proficient pilots and sets a 240-hour minimum, including 25 mandatory multi-engine hours, alongside GACA license, AIP-test, ICAO English, first-class medical, height, education and documentation conditions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The role's stated activity is participation in Saudia's cadet training pathway: accepted candidates will be trained to the highest standards and fly one of the carrier's most modern fleets.
- The program seeks motivated, well-learned and technically proficient commercial-license holders who can help Saudia achieve its vision and excellence.
Requirements
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals and must be between 165 cm and 193 cm tall.
- They must hold a valid GACA multi-engine Commercial Pilot License, a valid GACA AIP test with a minimum score of 80%, a valid ICAO English Language Proficiency Test (ELPT) with a minimum score of Level 4, and a valid GACA First-class Medical certificate.
- The required flight experience is at least 240 flying hours, including 25 mandatory hours on multi-engine aircraft.
- Applicants must never have been terminated from any Saudia Airline, SBU, or company under the SAUDIA Group training program.
- The education criteria list a science high-school degree with a percentage of 80% or above, and a diploma or bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 out of 4, 3.75 out of 5, or equivalent.
- Qualifications obtained outside the Kingdom require Ministry of Education attestation.
- Missing any required attachment results in elimination from the program.
- Required attachments are a CV, valid Saudi National ID, passport, high-school certificate, highest obtained education degree, transcript, valid GACA multi-engine Commercial Pilot License, valid GACA AIP test with a minimum score of 80%, valid ICAO ELPT with a minimum score of Level 4, and valid GACA First-class Medical certificate.
