About This Role
Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Sales Support Pilot to work in Europe (Netherlands preferred) demonstrating their SR Series and Vision Jet aircraft to prospective buyers. As the global leader in personal aviation, Cirrus manufactures the best-selling SR Series piston aircraft and the Vision Jet, the world's first single-engine personal jet. The role combines flight demonstration with sales support, requiring a Private Pilot certificate with Instrument rating and strong sales/marketing skills. Candidates need excellent communication abilities, a self-starter mentality, and willingness to relocate within their sales territory. Duties & Responsibilities
- Fly in the right seat with prospective buyers in the left seat in all legal weather conditions (Night, IFR, Rain/Snow)
- Prospect and qualify retail customers through background research
- Develop and qualify leads in Vertical and Emerging Markets
- Prepare and present general and special purpose sales presentations on Cirrus products
- Plan and execute event planning and promotional activities throughout the region
- Coordinate logistics and execution of product demonstrations
- Ensure demonstrations are effectively communicated and engaging for potential clients
- Track and analyze event performance and provide insights for future events
- Prepare post-event reports detailing successes and areas for improvement
- Work closely with Regional Sales Directors to identify underdeveloped areas and growth opportunities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- FAA or EASA Private Pilot Certificate REQUIRED
- FAA or EASA Instrument Certificate REQUIRED
- Commercial and CFII certificates preferred
- FAA or EASA 1st or 2nd Class Medical Certificate required
- 1+ year of prior sales or marketing experience desired
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to relocate into sales territory
- Extensive travel required
- Valid driver's license (implied)
- Ability to work beyond 40 hours per week
