About This Role
Ryanair is recruiting Cabin Crew members for its new Tirana, Albania base opening in March 2026. As Europe's leading low-cost carrier operating 3,700+ flights daily, Ryanair offers entry-level positions requiring no prior experience, with comprehensive 6-week paid training provided locally. Candidates must be between 157-188cm tall, able to swim 25 meters unaided, and fluent in English with unrestricted right to work in Albania. Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in Albania
- Ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network
- Height between 157cm and 188cm
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Able to support someone else while swimming
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to successfully pass English Language Assessment
- Hardworking and flexible
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Adaptable and willing to work shift roster
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work early shifts (from 5am) and late shifts (until midnight)
- Passion for travelling and meeting new people
