About This Role
Endeavor Air, a regional airline operating various aircraft, is seeking a Chief Pilot to manage daily flight operations at assigned bases in the United States (Atlanta, Cincinnati, or Detroit). This is a leadership position requiring a Captain-level pilot with 3+ years of airline operations experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. The role involves managing base management teams, ensuring pilot competence and regulatory compliance, and overseeing flight operations strategy. Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day flight operations at assigned base(s)
- Lead base management teams including Flight Operations Base Managers and Regional Crew Managers
- Ensure pilot competence and qualifications regarding safety and regulatory requirements
- Oversee communication and coordination between operational teams
- Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance across assigned bases
- Supervise administration staff supporting flight operations

Requirements
- Valid FAA ATPL license
- Must be a Captain or Captain eligible at time of application
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Minimum 3 years of airline operations experience or comparable experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent
- Ability to meet FAR 119.67 requirements for Chief Pilot
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Strong work ethic, reliable, self-motivated with positive attitude
- Strong business acumen and experience at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with problem resolution focus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Travel required up to 30% for base visits and meetings
- Type rating not required (training provided)
