- Valid EASA ATPL (Captain) license
- Valid Type Rating Learjet 45 (mandatory)
- Minimum 3000 flight hours on CS-25 certified aircraft
- Minimum 500 flight hours on Learjet 45
- Minimum 500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
- Experience in General Aviation/air ambulance operations preferred
- Documented flight performance record with no gaps
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid security clearance (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung - ZÜP)
- Valid work permit for employment in EU
- German driver's license (Class B) and valid passport
- German language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
