About This Role
ConocoPhillips, one of the world's largest independent exploration and production companies, is seeking a Q400 Pilot to support its Alaska operations based in Anchorage. The company operates a diverse fleet including Q400, Gulfstream G550, Cessna Citation, Twin Otter, and Casa 212 aircraft, transporting over 150,000 passengers annually. Candidates must have a minimum of 2,500 total flight hours, 1,500 hours PIC, 750 hours multi-engine experience, and 5+ years aviation experience with a current FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate and First Class Medical. Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely and compliantly operate company Q400 aircraft in support of Alaska operations
- Operate aircraft in accordance with all applicable FAA regulations and ConocoPhillips Aviation Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain preparedness to proficiently operate as second-in-command with 1 hour notice for standby duty
- Plan flights, select safest and most efficient routes, and develop alternative flight plans
- Obtain, review, and interpret weather and NOTAM information
- Utilize Flight Risk Assessment Tool to assess and mitigate risk
- Perform aircraft pre-flight and post-flight inspections
- Determine appropriate fuel loads and calculate weight and balance
- Complete records and entries in aircraft logbooks and operations forms
- Provide team leadership and promote teamwork within the aviation department
- Work effectively without direct supervision in remote locations with adverse weather conditions

Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Current and valid driver's license
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with multi-engine land rating
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certification
- Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 750 hours multi-engine airplane flight time
- Minimum 1,500 hours PIC airplane flight time
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine PIC airplane flight time
- 5 or more years of aviation experience
- Ability to meet physical demands and work environment requirements
- No visa sponsorship available - must have existing work authorization
