Iberia Cadetes is a pilot training program for new pilot recruitment in partnership with FTE Jerez. The program includes ATPL theoretical and practical training with Iberia's support and guidance, designed to prepare candidates for transition into Iberia's flight deck. Candidates must hold a university degree, EU passport or valid Spanish work permit, and meet height and language requirements.
Requirements
- Completed university degree (Grado) with approved final project (TFG) at time of application
- Valid EU passport or permanent work permit in Spain
- No criminal record
- Minimum English level B2
- Minimum Spanish level C1
- No previously approved ATPL-AESA subjects
- Minimum height 157 cm, maximum height 191 cm
- Must not have previously enrolled in ATPL-AESA program
- Valid criminal record certificate
