UPMC Center for Emergency Medicine is hiring a full-time Pilot for STAT MedEvac 6 in Clarion, PA to support critical care air transport. Requires 2000 total hours with 1000 PIC helicopter hours. Offers 7 on/7 off schedule with $30,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- 2,000 total flight hours minimum
- 1,500 total helicopter flight hours minimum
- 1,000 total PIC helicopter flight hours minimum
- 200 night flight hours (at least 100 hours unaided)
- 100 instrument hours minimum
- 500 turbine hours minimum
- Commercial rotorcraft-helicopter certificate with instrument rating required
- Current second-class medical license required
- Valid and current state driver's license required
- Airline Transport Pilot OR Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Experience in helicopter EMS transport system preferred
- Four-year degree with aviation applications preferred
- Valid Act 34 clearance required
- Must report for work well rested and fit for duty
- Adhere to drug and alcohol policy including FAA requirements
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Medical Certificate
