About This Role
Executive Jet Management (EJM), a NetJets/Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, is hiring a Second in Command (First Officer) for a Citation Sovereign based in St. Louis, MO (KSUS), on a stable Part 135 flight department. The SIC supports the PIC and Chief Pilot in safe, efficient flight operations and passenger cabin safety/service, flying varied routes to a wide range of destinations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform pilot duties in accordance with the Company GOM, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, and Flight Manuals. Ensure compliance with the company Safety Management System (SMS). Responsible to the Chief Pilot for assigned flight duties and to the PIC for trip duties. Post-flight the aircraft interior
- arrange catering/cabin items
- provide high-level customer service
- coordinate schedules with the Chief Pilot
- log and report flight and duty times
- maintain First Class Medical Certificate.
Requirements
- ATP. Prior P135 experience. Preference given to local candidates. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the St. Louis area - within a 1 hour drive to KSUS airport. Must maintain a First Class Medical. Will be required to obtain a FAA Type rating if not already typed. Minimum Requirements: Total flight time: 2500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 500 hours
- Instrument: 150 hours
- Jet: 250 hours
- Turbine Engine: 100 hours.
