Wing Aviation is a Houston-headquartered boutique business-aviation operator providing aircraft charter, management and brokerage services. The company is seeking a PIC Captain for a Cessna Citation C525 based at KCXO in Conroe, Texas. The role operates within a safety-focused organization serving worldwide clients and requires disciplined compliance with FAA regulations, applicable operating rules and aircraft manuals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as PIC for the C525 aircraft based at KCXO and conduct each flight in accordance with 14 CFR Parts 91 and 135, FAA regulations, aircraft flight and equipment manuals and all other applicable flight information.
- The role requires proactive operational decision-making, effective prioritization and organization, maintenance of a valid First-Class Medical, adherence to an evolving regulatory environment and delivery of strong customer service.

Requirements
- The position requires an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) airman certificate, with the qualifications section listing ATP or ATP-CTP, any PIC type rating and a First-Class Medical.
- Required experience includes 2,500 hours total flight time, 500 hours PIC, 500 hours multi-engine, 150 hours instrument, 100 hours turbine-engine and 100 hours night experience.
- Candidates must be able to maintain a valid First-Class Medical, make proactive decisions, set priorities, stay organized, uphold a service standard in an evolving regulatory environment and provide strong customer service.
- The candidate must understand and comply with 14 CFR Parts 91 and 135, FAA regulations, aircraft flight and equipment manuals and other information required for each flight.
- Local candidates with the appropriate rating and currency are preferred, and crew members must live within a two-hour callout of the aircraft base.
- Pre-employment drug screening and background checks are conducted.
