About This Role
FlightSafety International seeks an experienced Pilot Instructor for KC-46 Weapon System Trainer (WST) instruction at their Fairfield, CA facility. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, experience, and training
- Experience as qualified Tanker Air-to-Air Refueling (AAR) Pilot Flight Instructor or Tanker AAR Aircrew Training System (ATS) Pilot Instructor
- Position held within 5 years of assignment date
- Minimum 200 flying hours in U.S. Air Force or Allied Nation aircraft
- At least 50% of flight hours in actual aircraft (not simulator)
- Receiver AAR Instructor experience highly desirable
- B-767 type rating preferred
- Fluent English (read, write, speak, understand)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications
- Successfully accomplish annual internal standardization evaluation
- Currently possess or demonstrate ability to obtain SECRET security clearance
- U.S. Person status or eligible for export authorization
- Ability to comply with ITAR/EAR export control requirements
