About This Role
A prestigious family-owned oil and gas company is seeking an experienced Pilot-in-Command to operate their PC-12NGX aircraft from their Gainesville, Georgia headquarters. This corporate aviation role requires a highly skilled pilot with a minimum of 3500 total flight hours, including 1500 hours of turboprop time and 500 hours on the PC-12. The successful candidate will assist the Chief Pilot in safe and efficient aircraft operations while supporting executive transportation and company personnel needs. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate the PC-12NGX aircraft safely and efficiently
- Assist the Chief Pilot in all aspects of flight operations
- Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness
- Perform pre-flight briefings with Captain/SIC to review flight details and emergency procedures
- Conduct flight planning including route selection, weather analysis, and fuel calculations
- Assist with cargo and baggage loading and securing
- Monitor aircraft systems during flight and report abnormalities to Maintenance Manager
- Maintain effective communication with air traffic control
- Provide passenger briefings and exceptional customer service
- Handle in-flight emergencies with professionalism and efficiency
- Organize cabin stock, catering, and passenger amenities
- Update Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs) and aircraft documents
- Assist with collection of flight times, passenger logs, and departmental data
- Perform pre and post-flight non-flying duties including aircraft stocking and cleaning
- Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in recurrent training and proficiency checks

Requirements
- Minimum 3500 total flight hours
- Minimum 1500 hours of turboprop flight time
- Minimum 500 hours in the Pilatus PC-12
- Valid First or Second-Class Medical Certificate (First Class preferred)
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with appropriate ratings
- Valid passport with ability to travel without restrictions
- Ability to legally work within the United States
- Ability to lift 50 lbs to a height of 5 feet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and travel requirements
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
- Must live within 1 hour of Gainesville, GA
