About This Role
Priority1, a privately held logistics brokerage provider, is seeking an experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) for their Pilatus PC-24 based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, dedication to safety, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Applicants must have a minimum of 2000 total flight hours, 1000 hours PIC time, 1000 hours turbine experience, and an FAA ATP license with multi-engine and high-altitude certifications. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate aircraft safely and determine flight scheduling and routing with authority to cancel/delay for safety
- Ensure compliance with all FAA, international, and company regulations and procedures
- Complete pre-flight and post-flight inspections, flight planning, and weather analysis
- Calculate fuel requirements, verify NOTAMs, and plan for contingencies
- Complete all required flight documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain expert knowledge of aircraft systems and emergency procedures
- Verify aircraft airworthiness, registration, and required documentation
- Oversee aircraft maintenance, inspections, and discrepancy reporting
- Maintain aircraft records, logbooks, and documentation per FAA standards
- Provide professional service to passengers
- Manage onboard catering and cabin supplies
- Available for multi-day and overnight travel
- Maintain current qualifications and required certifications

Requirements
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 hours PIC time
- Minimum 1000 hours multi-engine time
- Minimum 1000 hours turbine time preferred
- Minimum 250 hours in type on PC-24 preferred
- Minimum 150 hours night time preferred
- FAA ATP license
- Multi-Engine Land certification
- High Altitude certification
- High Performance sign-off
- Current IFR certification
- Valid First Class or Second Class Medical Certificate
- PC-24 type rating preferred
- PC-24 training preferred
- Valid US passport for international flying
- Must reside within 45 minutes of Little Rock airport or be willing to relocate within one month
- No accidents, incidents, or FAA sanctions involving aircraft
- Pass drug screening and background check
- Pass flight physical
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
