About This Role
Executive Jet Management (a NetJets / Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary) seeks a Pilot in Command for a Gulfstream 700 based at Opa Locka, FL (KOPF), flying Part 91. This is a 2-plane, 10-pilot account. Candidates should ideally be type rated in the G700 (G500/600 considered) with extensive international experience. The successful candidate must live within one hour of OPF; commuting is not permitted. An established schedule/rotation is offered.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures the safe operation of flight: crewing/trip assignments compliant with company and regulatory requirements
- completes flight planning, performance, and weight and balance
- uses TPC briefing methodology
- complies with SOPs
- acts as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator
- completes pre-flight tasks and records discrepancies
- monitors ground servicing
- completes passenger briefings
- uses CRM and TEM. Delivers an exceptional service experience to owners and passengers. Maintains proficiency and compliance with regulatory/company training and the SMS program.
Requirements
- Prior experience in corporate/business aviation required. FAA Type rating in G500/600 or G700/G800. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position. Minimum Time Requirements: Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours.
