About This Role
Executive Jet Management is hiring a Gulfstream 280 Pilot in Command for its Las Vegas-based operation. The role is limited to existing Gulfstream 280 flight crew currently assigned to the KLAS operation who want to transition to EJM employment. The PIC has final responsibility for safe, compliant and efficient aircraft operation, regulatory and company compliance, crew leadership, passenger service, operational risk management, and maintaining proficiency and recency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Pilot in Command ensures crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements
- completes flight planning, aircraft performance, weight and balance, pre-flight, maintenance-status, servicing and discrepancy-recording tasks
- and confirms the aircraft is mission capable. The PIC leads required Threats, Plans and Considerations briefings, follows company SOPs, acts as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator, and uses Crew Resource Management and Threat and Error Management during normal, abnormal and emergency operations. The role includes passenger briefings, delivering a high level of customer service, supporting passengers with special needs, identifying opportunities to improve the owner and passenger experience, investigating and resolving service deviations and conflicts, collaborating with crew and internal partners, maintaining required training and recency, complying with the company SMS programme, and reporting safety or non-compliance concerns through the appropriate channels.

Requirements
- Prior corporate or business aviation experience is required, along with an FAA type rating in the Gulfstream 280.
- Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Minimum experience requirements are 3,500 hours total flight time, 1,500 hours multi-engine land time, 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command, 500 hours of PIC multi-engine land time, 300 instrument hours, and 500 jet hours.
