About This Role
Fly Alliance, LLC, a FAA Part 135 charter operator specializing in private jet charter and aircraft management, is seeking a Pilot in Command for their Gulfstream G-IV/G350/G400/G450 fleet based in Ocoee, Florida. This position requires an experienced captain with recurrent PIC experience on Gulfstream jets. The role involves coordinating with flight crew, conducting comprehensive flight planning, performing pre-flight inspections, and ensuring safe aircraft operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. Candidates must maintain professional standards, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate reliability and punctuality in a Part 135 charter environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Gulfstream G-IV/G350/G400/G450 as Pilot in Command on Part 135 charter flights
- Conduct comprehensive flight planning using weather information in accordance with FARs and company policies
- Perform thorough pre-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness
- Ensure aircraft is properly fueled and flight planned for safe conduct
- Coordinate with flight crew to convey flight activities and ensure safe operations
- Maintain thorough working knowledge of aircraft equipment, FARs, and company procedures
- Notify crew and passengers of turbulent weather or operational factors affecting flight
- Complete load manifest for each flight
- Meet all report times, departure times, and minimum turn times
- Assist with proper handling of aircraft, passengers, baggage, and cargo at terminal
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company uniform dress code
- Provide excellent customer service with friendly, calm, and confident personality
- Perform other duties as assigned by company and Chief Pilot
Requirements
- Valid ATPL license
- Pilot in Command experience on Gulfstream aircraft
- Recurrent PIC qualification on G-IV/G350/G400/G450
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- FAA Part 135 charter operations experience
- Thorough knowledge of aircraft equipment and FARs
- Ability to conduct comprehensive flight planning
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Pass background check and security clearance as required
