About This Role
Jet Linx is seeking a full-time Pilot in Command for Citation X super-midsize jet operations based in Spokane, WA. The PIC reports to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant operation of company aircraft in Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. The role requires residence or relocation within a two-hour call-out radius of the home base, extensive flight experience, strong operational judgment and availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and prepares for and ensures the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures. Duties include managing duty, flight and rest times in accordance with company requirements and applicable CFRs
- maintaining communication with the company regarding standby assignments, trip notifications, position calls and pre- and post-flight reports
- maintaining electronic flight bag hardware and applications
- ensuring navigation charts, publications and company manuals remain current
- maintaining a current first-class medical certificate
- demonstrating strong, proactive decision-making
- and representing Jet Linx's core values in all interactions.

Requirements
- Minimum flight experience includes 3,500 hours total flight time, 2,000 hours total PIC, 250 hours PIC in type, 1,000 hours multi-engine time, 500 hours multi-engine PIC, 1,000 hours turbine time, 1,000 hours turbine PIC, 300 hours instrument time, 1,500 hours jet time and 500 hours jet PIC.
- Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.
- Other requirements include the ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license, proof of eligibility to work in the United States, a current passport, the ability to obtain an ATP, a first-class medical certificate, an FCC Restricted Radio License, successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and participation in random drug and alcohol testing when required.
- Candidates must be able to travel without restriction to EU, Canadian and Caribbean countries, release and pass an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot, work nights, weekends and holidays, and hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- The role also requires working around aircraft and terminals and moving up to 50 pounds frequently.
