Candidates must hold an ATP certificate, CL-604 type rating, 3,000+ total flight hours, and 1,500+ PIC hours, with a clean safety record and strong operational knowledge of North American and international routes. The position offers a competitive base salary of $175,000 with total compensation exceeding $200,000, comprehensive benefits including 80% company-paid medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate flights under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations
- Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, duty limits, and company procedures
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of flight execution with crew
- Maintain aircraft safety, readiness, and reporting standards
- Deliver white-glove client experience aligned with Northern Jet standards
- Complete required administrative and operational documentation

Requirements
- ATP Certificate (Unrestricted)
- CL-604 Type Rating
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,500 hours PIC time
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine time
- Current First-Class Medical Certificate
- No accidents, incidents, or warnings within past 5 years
- Knowledge of domestic and international operations (Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
