About This Role
Pentastar Aviation seeks an experienced Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for their Gulfstream G600/G800 fleet based in Waterford, MI. This corporate flight department operates four aircraft with a team of 15 pilots and 5 cabin attendants, conducting approximately two-thirds North American missions and one-third international flights across South America, Europe, and Asia. Candidates must hold an ATP certificate with minimum 4,000 total flight hours and international large-cabin Gulfstream experience preferred. The position offers a dynamic corporate aviation environment with an average 14 days per month flight schedule and the responsibility for safe, timely operations and crew management.
Requirements
- Valid ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) Certificate
- Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time
- FAA First Class Medical Certification
- G600/G800 type rating or ability to obtain
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- International experience on large cabin Gulfstream preferred
- G550 experience preferred
- Ability to manage a changing work schedule
- Must live within 2 hours of DTW (Detroit Metropolitan Airport)
