About This Role
Air Methods is seeking experienced fixed-wing pilots to operate PC-12 aircraft for Airlift Northwest, a leading air medical provider based in Yakima, WA. The role requires pilots with minimum 2500 total flight hours, including 1000 hours PIC and 500 hours of turbine time, along with valid instrument rating and FAA medical certificate. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $82,900 to $93,251 annually, plus experience stipends, sign-on bonus, and off-duty housing. Requirements
- Minimum 2500 total flight hours
- Minimum 2000 flight hours in category (rotorcraft)
- 1000 hours PIC in category
- 500 hours of cross-country flight time, at least 50 hours at night
- 500 hours of turbine time
- 100 hours night flight time
- 100 hours of flight in actual instrument conditions in category
- 150 hours night flight time (ALNW requirement)
- 300 hours of flight in actual instrument conditions in category (ALNW requirement)
- 50 hours in make and model (PC-12)
- Instrument rating for category and class of aircraft
- Fixed wing multiengine rating required for twin-engine aircraft
- Commercial single-engine land rating required for single-engine aircraft
- First or Second Class FAA Medical Certificate
- Must have flown in category within the previous 24 months
- Must be less than 70 years old
- Weight not to exceed 250 pounds
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Two to five years related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination)
