Southwest Airlines is seeking First Officers to join their Flight Operations team and operate their fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft. Requirements
- Valid FAA Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- Airplane Multiengine Land category and class ratings
- English Proficient limitation on ATP certificate
- Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Valid United States Driver's License
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
- Minimum 500 hours in fixed-wing turbine aircraft
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
- No work authorization sponsorship available
- Minimum 23 years of age at time of hire
- Must be able to lift and move 40 lbs
- Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English
- Must comply with company drug and alcohol policies
- Successful criminal background check required
- Must grant Southwest Airlines access to Pilot Records Database
- CREW badge eligibility and Rap Back enrollment required
- High School Diploma or GED minimum
