Requirements

- First Class Medical Certificate
- Valid United States Passport
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR 3-5 years of professional aviation experience
- Must be willing to live within 90 minutes of Monterey Regional Airport (KMRY)
- ICAO Annex I, Section 2.1.10 compliance
