Clay Lacy Aviation seeks two experienced Captains for their Part 91 & 135 Gulfstream G600 operations based in Oxford, Connecticut. The company is a leading private aviation operator known for excellence, innovation, and safety. Candidates must have a minimum of 3,500 total hours, 2,000 PIC hours, and 1,000 turbine hours, with ATP license required; G600 type rating preferred but strong non-typed PICs considered. This full-time position offers competitive compensation of $330,000-$390,000 annually plus fully paid medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and loss-of-license insurance. Candidates must reside within two hours of Oxford, CT or be willing to relocate.
Requirements
- Valid ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) license
- Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2,000 hours PIC time
- Minimum 1,000 hours turbine time
- Gulfstream G600 type rating preferred
- Minimum 200 hours in G600 type (if typed)
- Valid FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Reside within 2-hour commute to Oxford, CT or willing to relocate
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally
- Pass DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks
- Submit to random drug/alcohol testing
- Pass pre-employment background investigation
- Comply with all FAA regulations and company policies
