- Valid, unexpired passport
- Must reside within two-hour drivable commute to KOPF or be willing to relocate

- Must comply with company operations manual and SOPs
- Must pass DOT/FAA drug screening and background check
- Subject to random drug and alcohol testing
- Must submit full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides) and medical
- Must complete disclosure form as part of application
