About This Role
Saudia, Saudi Arabia's national carrier, is recruiting pilot cadets for their prestigious cadet program. The program trains qualified commercial license holders to the highest standards to fly Saudia's modern fleet. Candidates must be Saudi nationals with a minimum of 240 flight hours (including 25 hours multi-engine), a valid GACA Commercial Pilot License, ICAO English Level 4, and a First-class Medical Certificate. This is an entry-level pilot training program designed to develop the next generation of Saudia pilots with advancement to Captain based on seniority.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate aircraft as Second Officer/Relief Pilot under supervision
- Perform flight deck duties as assigned
- Maintain compliance with Saudia's safety and operational procedures
- Complete cadet training program requirements

Requirements
- Saudi nationals only
- Valid GACA Multi-engine Commercial Pilot License
- Minimum 240 total flight hours
- Minimum 25 hours multi-engine time
- Valid GACA AIP test with minimum score of 80%
- Valid ICAO English Language Proficiency Test (ELPT) Level 4 or higher
- Valid GACA First-class Medical Certificate
- Height between 165cm and 193cm
- High school degree in science with 80% or above, OR Diploma/Bachelor's degree in science/engineering/related fields with minimum GPA 2.75/4 or 3.75/5
- Never been terminated from Saudia or Saudia Group training programs
- Valid Saudi National ID
- Clean background suitable for airline operations
