About This Role
Frontier Airlines' Pilot Cadet Program is an ab-initio training pathway that takes applicants from little or no professional flying experience to a First Officer position at Frontier Airlines in as little as 24 months. Cadets complete flight training at any of more than 70 ATP Flight School locations across the United States, choosing the location that best suits them, and receive a monthly training stipend, financial-aid financing options, mentorship, and select Frontier travel benefits during the program. Successful completion leads directly into a First Officer role at Frontier; employment with Frontier begins upon completion of training for candidates who are not already Frontier employees. Duties & Responsibilities
- Selected cadets complete a structured flight-training pathway at one of more than 70 ATP Flight School locations nationwide, progressing toward a commercial pilot qualification in as little as 24 months.
- Throughout the program cadets work with an assigned cadet program mentor, participate in ongoing virtual town halls with key members of Frontier's Flight Operations leadership team, and build the experience needed to transition directly into a First Officer role at Frontier Airlines upon successful completion of training.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold either a private pilot certificate (eligible to enroll if transferring to an ATP Flight School location) or a commercial pilot certificate (if attending a non-ATP Flight School).
- A First Class Medical certificate is required, along with vision corrected to 20/20.
- Candidates must have a valid, unrestricted passport for travel in and out of the U.S., a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Additional requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum age of 19, the ability to communicate in English, willingness to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends and holidays, a well-groomed and professional appearance, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
