About This Role
PSA Airlines is recruiting Pilot Cadets for their Bombardier CRJ Series fleet based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an entry-level cadet program designed for aspiring pilots who hold or are pursuing their Private Pilot Certificate and are ready to advance their aviation career. The program offers comprehensive mentorship, structured training, and a clear flow-through path to Captain, with eventual upgrade opportunities to American Airlines. Cadets receive significant financial support including up to $15,000 in tuition reimbursement, $15,000 new hire bonuses, and guaranteed placement with no additional interview required upon reaching ATP minimums.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate CRJ Series aircraft on assigned flights
  • Comply with all airline safety and operational procedures
  • Complete cadet training program requirements
  • Participate in mentorship and internship opportunities
  • Build flight time towards ATP certification

Requirements
  • Minimum Private Pilot Certificate (PPL)
  • Must be a current flight student OR CFI actively instructing
  • No more than three check ride failures
  • No NTSB-determined negligent accidents or incidents
  • Ability to obtain First Class Medical Certificate
  • Ability to obtain valid passport
  • Ability to obtain FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
  • Must meet ATP or R-ATP hour requirements (R-ATP cadets max 700 hours; ATP cadets max 1000 hours)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Fluent in spoken, written, and read English
