Norra is recruiting pilots for future cadet courses, primarily for First Officer positions in its ATR fleet. The training course is unpaid, but the type rating course is free, with a 3-year training bond. Applicants must have a CPL(A), ATPL(A) theory, and valid Class 1 Medical.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid CPL(A) professional pilot license
- Valid or expired Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME/IR or SE/IR must be valid at the start of training or expired by maximum one year)
- Completed ATPL(A) theory training
- Completed AUPRT training
- Completed MCC training
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Fluent Finnish language skills
- Valid English language proficiency test (minimum ICAO Level 4)
- Ability to work in irregular shift work
- Excellent interaction and teamwork skills
- Flexibility
- Impeccable background for basic security clearance
- Healthy attitude towards substance abstinence required in aviation
- Mandatory vaccinations (Hepatitis A and B, MMR, and tetanus)
