SalamAir's Cadet Pilot Program trains CPL holders with no prior flight experience to become qualified A320 First Officers. The comprehensive program covers full training from type-rating through to First Officer qualification in Muscat, Oman. Requires age 18-35, secondary education, and valid EASA/ICAO CPL with IR.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 35 at the start of the course
- Secondary School Education Certificate with average of 75% or higher
- Criminal Record Check (CRC Basic Disclosure Certificate)
- Current EASA or ICAO CPL with Instrument Rating (IR)
- Frozen ATPL acceptable to Oman CAA
- Meets Oman CAA's minimum flying experience requirements
- Single Engine experience
- Multi-Engine experience
- MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) qualification
- PBN (Performance Based Navigation) qualification
- Advanced UPRT (Upset Recovery Training)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 (fluent verbal and written)
- All documents valid for at least six months upon applying
