About This Role
Solairus Aviation is hiring a Full-Time Pilatus PC-24 Captain based at KMIA (Miami, FL) to fly a managed/charter aircraft in South Florida, on an on-call basis, with pay ranging $50,000-$500,000 depending on geography, experience, and equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for safe operation of the PC-24 aircraft.
- Responsible for conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner: reviewing maintenance status, conducting a proper pre-flight inspection per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual, checking weather and facilities along the route and alternates, ensuring compliance with Solairus policies/procedures and applicable FARs, ensuring safety of passengers/aircraft/crew, and accurate completion of trip paperwork.
Requirements
- Total time = 3000 hours PIC = 1500 hours MEL = 1500 hours MEL PIC = 500 hours Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours Instrument = 250 hours.
- Type rated on PC-24 or comparable aircraft.
- First class medical required.
- Must be able to work on an on-call basis.
- Must be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
- Primary residence or willing to relocate to within 2 hours of KMIA.
