About This Role
Jet Linx is seeking a Pilot in Command for its Gulfstream G200 super-midsize jet operation based in Teterboro, New Jersey. The role supports both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations, requires the pilot to live or relocate within a two-hour call-out time of the home base, and reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot. The PIC is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and prepares for and ensures the safe, efficient operation of company aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures. Essential functions include managing duty, flight, and rest periods in accordance with company requirements and applicable CFRs
- maintaining communication with the company regarding standby assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports
- maintaining and managing electronic flight bag hardware and applications
- ensuring navigation charts, publications, and company manuals remain current
- maintaining a current first-class medical certificate
- demonstrating strong, proactive decision-making

Requirements
- The posting lists minimum flight-time requirements of 3,500 hours total flight time, 2,000 hours total PIC time, 250 hours total PIC in type, 1,000 hours multi-engine time, 500 hours multi-engine PIC time, 1,000 hours turbine time, 1,000 hours turbine PIC time, 300 hours instrument time, 1,500 hours total jet time, and 500 hours total jet PIC time. Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the previous 24 months is preferred. Other requirements include the ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license, proof of eligibility to work in the United States, a current passport, the ability to obtain an ATP, a first-class medical certificate, and an FCC Restricted Radio License. Candidates must pass pre-employment drug screening and submit to random drug and alcohol testing when required, including testing for marijuana, cocaine, opiates, PCP, and amphetamines in safety-sensitive functions. The role requires unrestricted ability to travel to all European Union, Canadian, and Caribbean countries
