About This Role
Waltzing Matilda Aviation (WMA) is seeking a full-time Pilot in Command (Captain) for their Phenom 300 aircraft operating under FAR Part 135 charter operations based in Bedford, Massachusetts. WMA is an FAA-licensed Part 135 private jet charter operator with over 15 years of safe operations and thousands of flight hours since 2008, known for utilizing the latest technology and prioritizing safety. Candidates must have a minimum of 3000 total flight hours, 500 hours of turbine time, 100 hours turbine PIC, and 250 hours on the Embraer 505 Phenom 300, along with a valid FAA ATP license and First Class Medical. Requirements
- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Multi-Engine Land Rating
- EMB-505 Phenom 300 type rating
- Minimum 3000 hours total documented flight time
- Minimum 500 hours turbine time
- Minimum 100 hours turbine PIC time
- Minimum 250 hours EMB-505
- Minimum 23 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit
- Current instrument proficiency check, line check, and route check
- Part 135 experience
- Pass 10-year background check
- Pass FAA Drug and Alcohol Program testing
- Legal authorization to work in United States without restriction
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Preferred: College degree
