About This Role
Priester Aviation is seeking a PC-24 Captain and Pilot in Command based in Denver, Colorado, to operate assigned aircraft safely and efficiently in a Part 135 and Part 91 environment. The Captain holds final authority for aircraft operations and manages flight preparation, crew coordination, risk management, regulatory compliance, and passenger service. The role requires extensive flight experience, strong leadership and communication skills, technical proficiency, and a sustained focus on safety and client service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot in Command and final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft on assigned flights.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company flight operations manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, performance calculations, routing, fuel planning, and aircraft airworthiness checks.
- Lead crew resource management throughout all phases of flight, maintaining clear, professional, and cooperative communication.
- Provide exceptional passenger service and act as the primary client contact during flights.
- Participate actively in the company Safety Management System, identify and mitigate operational risks, and contribute to safety audits and corrective actions.
- Mentor First Officers and other crew members by providing direction, feedback, and support for professional development.
- Complete trip reports, logbook entries, maintenance notes, and other post-flight documentation, and report safety or equipment concerns to maintenance.
- Maintain required training, medical certification, company-policy compliance, and accurate flight-crew records.

Requirements
- PC-24 experience is required, along with a minimum of 5,000 total flight hours, 2,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 2,500 hours of multi-engine land time including 1,500 hours as multi-engine PIC, 2,000 hours in turbine aircraft, and 500 hours of instrument time. Applicants must hold an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with a multi-engine land rating and a current First-Class Medical Certificate. A Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit is preferred. Candidates should have strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and safety management systems
