About This Role
Planet 9 Private Air is seeking a PC-12 First Officer to join their West Coast charter operation based in Van Nuys, California. As part of the Legacy Crew, you'll operate single-engine turboprop aircraft under both Part 91 and Part 135, supporting the Captain with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and client service. The ideal candidate has a commercial pilot license with a minimum of 1,000 total flight hours (200 PIC preferred) and experience with the PC-12 or similar aircraft. This full-time position offers a collaborative flight deck environment with professional development opportunities, an 8/4 roster pattern, and the opportunity to work with a growing charter operator serving regional markets.
Requirements
- FAA Single Engine Commercial Pilot License
- Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 200 hours PIC
- 100 hours turbine time (preferred)
- 50 hours instrument experience
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel ability
- Pass DOT/FAA drug screening
- Pass TSA background check
- Grant Planet 9 access to FAA PRD system
- College degree preferred
- Part 135 experience preferred
- PC-12 experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must live within 2 hour drive of KVNY (Van Nuys)
- Ability to maintain valid First Class Medical Certificate
