About This Role
CAE Civil Aviation Training Solutions is seeking a Part-Time ATP-CTP Simulator Flight Instructor for the Embraer E170/190 platform in Dallas, Texas. This is a fixed-term on-call position supporting the next generation of pilots through high-quality simulator and ground school instruction. Candidates must hold an unrestricted FAA ATP certificate with an E170/190 type rating and at least 2 years of experience in FAA Part 121 or 135 operations. Requirements
- Unrestricted FAA ATP certificate
- Type rating on the E170/190 platform
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FAA Part 121 or 135 program
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Successful completion of all Airline Transport Pilot License written exams
- Meets minimum instructor qualification and experience requirements of applicable Regulatory Authority
- Working knowledge of relevant aviation regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to concentrate and perform effectively in fast-paced training environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Fluency in English
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts as required
