About This Role
Osprey Aviation — a Channel Islands operator flying under a 2-Reg (Guernsey) AOC — is seeking professional PA-31 and BN-2 Islander pilots for a dynamic mix of freight and passenger operations, predominantly single-pilot. Minimum commitment 5 days per month (great for maintaining currency or balancing other commitments). Channel Islands based or easily positioned. Must be under 58 due to insurance policy constraints. We are looking for solid airmanship (calm, precise high-crosswind island landings), weather awareness (managing the Channel's rapidly changing conditions and Guernsey fog), adaptability across smooth passenger charters and late-night freight runs, strong CRM, and good humour. Requirements
- Relevant PA-31 / BN-2 Islander flight time
- Excellent CRM

- Weather awareness (Channel Islands / Guernsey fog)
- Must be under 58 (insurance policy constraints)
- Channel Islands based or easily positioned
- Minimum availability 5 days per month
