About This Role
OMNI Air International is recruiting International Flight Attendants to join their private charter airline team, with training bases in Dallas (DFW), Seattle (SEA), and Baltimore (BWI). The company specializes in tailored charter services for government agencies, military, commercial clients, sports teams, and humanitarian missions. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, fluent in English, legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, and able to reach 188cm (74 inches) overhead. The position offers extensive international travel, 4.5 weeks of paid training with accommodations, career growth opportunities, and a supportive, diverse team environment with flexible schedules.

Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Fluent in English (speak, read, write, and understand)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (BA/BS degree preferred)
  • Valid passport with ability to freely enter/exit all international destinations
  • Ability to report to assigned base within 2 hours
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work flight duty periods of 20+ hours and deadhead travel of 26+ hours
  • Ability to work 19+ continuous days away from base
  • Pass FAA pre-employment drug test and ongoing drug/alcohol testing
  • Pass 10-year background check including FAA fingerprint-based criminal history check
  • Comply with TSA pre-employment checks
  • Lift overhead up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to reach overhead to 74 inches (188cm) from floor
  • Able to open emergency exits and close aircraft doors up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to operate food/beverage cart requiring 32lbs pushing/pulling force
  • Stand/walk more than 2/3 of flight time, sit less than 1/3
  • Fit comfortably down aircraft aisle facing forward and fit through exits
  • Hear and respond to communications in high background noise
  • Physically able to sit in jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness
  • Willingness to accept assignment to any Flight Attendant base after training
  • Flexibility to relocate or commute to assigned base
  • Successfully complete OMNI Flight Attendant training
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook)
  • No visible tattoos (policy not specified but professional appearance required)
