Dynamic Aviation seeks a part-time Oil Spill Response 737 Captain to operate a modified B737-500 equipped with dispersant spray systems for coastal oil spill response. Requires 2000 total hours, 1000 PIC, and 1000 multi-turbine time. On-demand 24/7/365 availability with average 10 days per month flying.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL or CPL license with appropriate ratings
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 hours PIC
- Minimum 1000 hours multi-turbine time
- Minimum 50 hours instrument time
- Minimum 200 hours on B737CL
- Second Class Medical Certificate or higher
- Valid US Passport
- Ability to pass Personnel Security and Background Check
- No felony or drug-related convictions
- Flexibility for on-demand, 24/7/365 flight operations
- Able to be at airport within 2 hours of activation
- Able to be airborne within 3 hours of activation
- Able to respond to oil spills for up to 30 days
- Low altitude flight currency
- Willing to perform spray system operator duties
- Willing to assist with aircraft maintenance and ground support
- Available to work average 10 days per month
- Able to travel as required
