About This Role
JoinJet, a family-owned business aviation company (part of the Sundberg Aviation Group) based in Billund, Denmark, is seeking an experienced Non-typerated Hawker 4000 Captain to operate its Hawker 4000 business jet on international VIP charter flights across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Permanent, full-time; start date 1st of September 2026.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate our Hawker 4000 on international VIP charter flights
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Deliver a superior in-flight experience, acting as a guide and trusted professional for our clients
- Collaborate closely with crew, operations, and ground teams to ensure seamless flight execution
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and client needs with professionalism and flexibility.
Requirements
- Essential: Captain or First Officer with a minimum of 1500 flight hours total (minimum 500 hrs. on multi-engine jet aircraft and 250 PIC hours)
- Live in Denmark or willing to relocate to Denmark
- Able to commute, live and work within the EU
- Valid EASA license (CPL/ATPL with multi-engine and instrument rating)
- Medical Class 1 certificate
- Excellent command of English and Danish
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and respond on short notice when required

- Previous experience with VIP/business aviation flights
