About This Role
Sundair, a German holiday airline founded in 2016, is seeking an experienced Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT) to oversee all flight and cabin crew training programs. Based near Berlin-Brandenburg Airport, the airline operates a fleet of three A320 and two A319 aircraft serving Mediterranean, Red Sea, and Canary Island destinations. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of aviation training experience, hold a valid ATPL with A320 type rating and command experience, and possess TRI/TRE authorizations on the A320. This is a key leadership role with direct responsibility for training compliance, instructor management, and regulatory coordination with European aviation authorities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, control, and development of all flight and cabin crew training programs
- Ensure regulatory-compliant qualification of flight and cabin crews
- Manage training programs including Initial, Recurrent, Upgrades, CRM, and Line Training
- Supervise and manage instructors and examiners
- Collaborate closely with flight operations, safety, compliance, and aviation authorities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the training system
- Ensure safe execution of flight operations through effective training oversight

Requirements
- Valid ATPL with type rating as PIC on A320
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in flight and cabin crew training
- Comprehensive knowledge of EU Regulation 1178/2011
- Valid TRI (Type Rating Instructor) authorization on A320
- Valid TRE (Type Rating Examiner) authorization on A320
- Compliance with age requirements per FCL.065 of EU Regulation 1178/2011
- Strong understanding of CRM (Crew Resource Management)
- Fluent German and English (negotiation level)
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
