Sundair seeks a Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT) for the A320 family to oversee all flight crew training and qualifications. This is a key regulatory position requiring valid ATPL with A320 PIC rating, TRI and TRE authorizations, and at least 5 years aviation experience with 2+ years in crew training. Based in Berlin with direct reporting to flight operations and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL license with A320 type rating as PIC
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional aviation experience
- Minimum 2 years experience training flight and cabin crew
- Valid TRI (Type Rating Instructor) authorization on A320
- Valid TRE (Type Rating Examiner) authorization on A320
- Comprehensive knowledge of EU Regulation 1178/2011
- Meets age requirements per FCL.065 of EU Regulation 1178/2011
- In-depth understanding of flight safety standards and safe operational procedures
- Strong CRM (Crew Resource Management) understanding
- Excellent German and English language skills (negotiation-level proficiency)
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- High motivation and loyalty to employer
