About This Role
Perimeter Aviation, a diversified Canadian airline subsidiary of Exchange Income Corporation, is seeking a First Officer to operate Metro aircraft on scheduled passenger and freight services throughout Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario. The airline operates 45+ aircraft and provides scheduled services, 24/7 North American charter operations, and medical evacuation services from bases in Winnipeg, Thompson, and several Ontario cities. Candidates must hold a Commercial Pilot License with Group 1 Instrument Rating, Current Class 1 Medical, and a minimum of 1000 hours total flight time. This position offers the opportunity to build flight experience in a professional, safety-focused environment with potential for eventual upgrade to Captain, operating across Canada's dynamic northern aviation network.
Requirements
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Current Group 1 Instrument Rating
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1000 hours total flight time (preferred)
- Fluent in English with effective verbal and listening comprehension
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to qualify for WAA (Winnipeg Airport Authority) RAIC security clearance
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to work flexible schedule and travel for extended periods
- Professional and respectful attitude with positive work ethic
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Respect and understanding for First Nations communities
