Perimeter Aviation seeks an experienced Medevac Captain to transport thousands of patients annually across Northern Canada. Requires ATPL license, 1500 total flight hours with 500 PIC, and Canadian work authorization. Based in Winnipeg with flexible scheduling and remote base accommodations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- ATPL license for 703/704 Medevac Captain operations
- Current Group 1 Medical Certificate
- Instrument Rating
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours PIC
- Canadian citizenship or unrestricted work authorization in Canada
- Fluent in English with effective verbal and listening comprehension
- Ability to obtain and maintain transportation security clearances
- Clean Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Record check
- Thorough knowledge of aviation regulations
- Valid passport
- Valid driver license
- Physically able to perform all listed duties including lifting and securing cargo/patients
- Ability to work flexible schedules and travel for extended periods
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training (asset)
