Perimeter Aviation seeks a Medevac Captain to transport patients across Northern Canada. Requires 1500 hours total flight time with 500 PIC, ATPL license, Canadian citizenship or unrestricted work authorization, and strong safety focus. Based in multiple locations across Manitoba and Ontario with flexible scheduling and remote base accommodations provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL) minimum
- ATPL license for Medevac Captain position
- Current Group 1 Medical Certificate
- Instrument Rating
- 1500 hours total flight time minimum
- 500 hours PIC minimum
- Canadian citizenship or ability to work in Canada unrestricted
- Fluent in English with effective verbal and listening comprehension
- Valid passport
- Valid driver license
- Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Record check clearance
- Transport Canada security clearance authorization
- Thorough knowledge of Canadian aviation regulations
- Able to obtain and maintain transportation security clearances
- Physically able to perform all job duties including lifting and securing patients/cargo
- Able to work flexible schedule and travel for extended periods
- Able to adapt to indoor and outdoor weather conditions
