About This Role
Leading Edge Aviation is seeking a qualified Multi-Crew Cooperation Instructor (MCCI) to join their pilot training academy based in Oxford, UK. The role involves delivering APS MCC courses to student pilots in both simulator and classroom environments, working part-time up to 32 hours per week on a rotating schedule. Candidates must hold a current UK CAA MCCI qualification with demonstrated experience delivering MCC training, preferably with A320 and/or B737 experience. The position offers a competitive salary of £56,000-£65,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including 25 days holiday, pension scheme with enhanced contributions, and professional development support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality and engaging lessons to student pilots in ground school and simulator
- Work within team of instructors to maintain efficient, professional, quality training department
- Assist with planning the APS MCC schedule and entering it onto Flight Logger
- Assist in developing current or additional courses to reflect regulatory changes and new FSTDs
- Perform any other duties required by Head of Training and/or Chief MCCI

Requirements
- Current UK CAA qualified MCCI (Dual UK/EASA MCCI desirable)
- TRI/TRE and SFI/SFE qualifications (desirable)
- A320 and/or B737 experience (minimum 2 years)
- Recent experience as MCCI (within last 5 years preferred)
- Demonstrable experience delivering APS MCC courses or previous instructor experience
- Highest personal and professional standards
- Strong report writing and IT skills
- Microsoft 365 suite proficiency
- Ability to work shifts on established rota
- Flexible approach to work schedule
