Porter Airlines seeks a Manager, Inflight Services to lead and support the Inflight team operating the Embraer E195-E2 fleet. This role requires day-to-day leadership of flight attendants and supervisors, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence across Porter's bases. The position involves coaching, engagement, performance management, and championing safety and service culture aligned with Transport Canada regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Previous inflight management or supervisory experience (priority consideration)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and engage frontline employees in fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English and French (asset)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of Transport Canada regulations (CARs) and airline operations (asset)
- Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Ability to successfully complete company background screening process
- Ability to meet required medical standards including alcohol and drug tests
- Ability to meet all physical requirements of the Flight Attendant position
- Current valid Canadian Passport or current valid International Passport with current US Crewmember Visa (C-1/D)
- Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours as operationally required
